Sorry for not getting to your PM yet, gear. PM's and I don't get along well together. I hope you can understand this...

I get 100's of PM's, here and elsewhere, some with quite moving titles, but out of necessity I generally ignore them. It's nothing personal. I like you, and I like everyone else too, but there are only 48 hours in a day. I eat, shit, work, program, and take a 2-3 hour 'nap' each day. That's all I do. This has been my life for several years. I do this by choice. The glue that holds this together is priority, and PM's are on the bottom of my list. Can you understand that?

Currently, I am working on the 'MS InfoMonster DSL' user block. That is my passion at the moment. I ran into a problem with it displaying avatars from remote URL's. That took a week to figure out, and now I'm trying to add a timestamp to the 'Most Ever Online' feature. This should be simple, on face value, but has been somewhat problematic, due to the fact that mixing UNIX time functions with PHP and MySQL is not as easy as one would expect. So, that's what I'm trained in on now. Everything else in my life is incidental, including work, eating, sleeping and PM's. Does this make sense? Shocked

So, please bear with me on this. As noted in the 'Welcome Message' webdev is what this site is all about. NukeCops would probably be a better place for general questions, since I don't have ANY help here. That's what the community at NukeCops is all about. I wish I could stay awake 72 hours a day, and help everyone out, but this is not possible. It's all part of being human, with all its' frailties. Sometimes I wish I was a bot...

Sorry for the rant. I don't mean to be an ass, but I'm just trying to clear the air. Hope you can understand where I'm coming from... Wink

Well, I certainly can. I just didn't want to put the link out in public, and I figured the music might be both stimulating and soothing at the same time. But I will say building that web app into nuke is giving me fits Shocked .

{edit} I wouldn't pm you with a problem, just fun stuff Razz {/edit}

Now the demo thingy appears just fine: http://www.dmfclan.net/newk/modules.php?name=Jinzora Cool. The older version of that app with all the good trance tunes is at that other link I sent you Smile.

Cool! Nice job!

I 'heard' someone talking about that proggy the other day, and I didn't know what it was... Smile

Wanna see my latest project? Been working on it the last day or so:...skinning CPG-Nuke with the Disipal Designs CoNCePT Theme.

CPG was a bitch, for sure. I had to get a guy I know that had a nice spider prog to *do* those forums just to solve the problems we had on the dmf site Laughing Took 3 days, but the results were worth it. We finally got our theme to work and images to show without any problems. I guess it is integrated in this *thingy* (see below).

I've been watching the progress that, oh, what should I call it -- *spork* maybe, since fork is now a bad word? -- spork made. I have experienced the slowness of the other query methods, on both sites I operate and 'cops. I read it is released now?

BTW, those collapsible block are nice.

{edit} After a bit of reading at the CPGNuke site...man, they did a lot of work. So how much trouble is it to get a theme to work with it? {/edit}
